Hello! The Fraser River Discovery Centre is an interpretive centre connecting communities in discovery and celebration of the past, present and future of the living, working Fraser River. What we do. Through our rotating exhibits, engaging programs and this website we aim to stimulate passion, education and enlightenment about the Fraser River. The river basin is one of the most diverse watersheds in North America. It contributes millions of dollars to the economy and is home to 60% of the population of BC. Come and Visit. The Fraser River Discovery Centre is conveniently located along the boardwalk at Westminster Quay, two blocks from Columbia Street.
