partnership with the Arts Council of New Westminster and the City of
New Westminster, the Fraser River Discovery Centre is hosting the 7th
Annual “Artists on the River".

11:00am - Opening Celebration with the Honorable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, City of New Westminster Mayor Wayne Wright, city councillors, local MPs and MLAs.
